What are the requirements to working with Weekend Runaways?

We require our runners to communicate and be open to feedback. We also require a 12 week minimum commitment and do not provide refunds.

What are the benefits of working with a run coach online?

In today’s world, everything seems to be much more fast paced. With the popularity of technology, people like to have access to things at their finger tips and online coaching provides them with that.

What are the benefits of hiring a running coach?

There are many benefits to hiring a running coach. One being that traditional “cookie cutter” plans do not work because training is not a one-size-fits-all. Runners are set up for the most success when they follow a training plan specifically tailored to themselves and their lifestyle, that can be adjusted throughout training. Coaches provide their athletes with accountability and motivation and help with setting realistic, achievable goals.

What ability levels of runners do you work with?

We work with runners of ALL ability levels. Whether you’re beginning your running journey or are advanced and have years of experience, there is a place for you here at Weekend Runaways.
